I am starting this blog as a way to motivate myself to exercise more and to push myself harder. I’m an aerial acrobat, but I’m far from fit. While I can climb a 20 foot rope with just my arms, I’m not at all where I want to be.
The first thing I will be doing is checking out the p90x system. My friend let me borrow the chest and back DVD to check it out and see how I like it. It’s 45 minutes of chest and back exercises, and 15 minutes of abs. I was going to do it today, but I ran out of time. I will probably check out the chest and back portion of the dvd tomorrow morning. If I like it, I’ll be buying the 12 dvd package.
I start a new aerial class tomorrow which will concentrate mainly on rope.
Also, for this blog, I plan to do a weekly video podcast as part of my weekly photo weigh in. I haven’t decided if I will make the pictures public, but I probably will.
