So Today was day one of p90x. It is also the first saturday in a long while where the weather is decent, so the S.O. wants to go hiking. We are going hike to Bridal Veil Falls over near Sultan, WA.  It’s a wonderful hike, and about 3 miles round trip, but it’s almost entirely climbing on the way out.

So to recap my crazy day.  6:00am, Core Synergistics p90x, 8:00am Aerial Rehearsal, 2:00pm strenuous hike up to some beautiful falls.  Will I get my ass kicked into shape with p90x if I keep this rate up?  You betcha!
