Pre-p90x Prep 0
Now that I have everything collected, I’m almost ready to start p90x. I decided, since I have a show at the end of the month, I’m going to start with p90x lean for the first phase. After this I’m going to switch to p90x classic phase 1 and go from there. I’m quite excited.
So, I’ve watched the “Bring It” video, which was, honestly, pretty pointless. It says the same things as the book and pushes more of their “product”. Lots of hype, no substance in my opinion.
Then last night, I did my fitness test and initial measurements. Here is the Fitness Test Data:
- Resting Heart Rate: 66
- Pull-Ups: 8
- I skipped the vertical leap for logistical reasons
- Push Ups: 18
- Toe Touch: +5 inches (I’m flexible)
- Wall Squat: 2m5s
- Bicep Curls: Red Band, 50
- In and Outs: 35
- Heart Rate Maximizer:
- Immediately After: 169
- 1 minute after: 137
- 2 minutes after: 116
- 3 minutes after: 104
- 4 minutes after: 100
And here are the measurements. I calculated Body Fat percentage using the Navy Method.
- Weight: 160 lbs
- Body Fat %: 15.55%
- Chest: 37.5″
- Waist: 32.5″
- Hips: 35.5″
- Right Thigh: 20.5″
- Left Thigh: 21.5″
- Right Arm: 13″
- Left Arm: 13″
- Neck: 15″
- Height: 5′7.5″
I can’t wait to get started! I’m going to wake up early tomorrow and do my video before my aerial rehersal.
