Pre-p90x Prep 0

Now that I have everything collected, I’m almost to start . I decided, since I have a show at the end of the month, I’m going to start with lean for the first phase. After this I’m going to switch to classic phase 1 and go from there. I’m quite excited.

So, I’ve watched the “” video, which was, honestly, pretty pointless. It says the same things as the book and pushes more of their “product”. Lots of hype, no substance in my opinion.

Then last night, I did my and initial . Here is the Data:

Package Delivered 0

So my package was delivered last night, but I got home way too late to even open it last night.  So I took the books with me to work and read the workout guide.  I skimmed over the Nutrition Guide and it looks like it’s roughly about how I eat already, only I need to increase my calorie intake a bit, so I’ll start working on that immediately.

I still need to get the to be able to start the exercises.  I’m going to try to leave work early tomorrow and hit up the store before I go home.  After that, I’m to start !  I’ll take the tomorrow once I get the since it looks like I need them in order to start.

I think the hardest thing for me will be balancing with my regular trapeze training, but I hope that won’t be a problem.  I’m also prepping for a show at the end of May, so it might not be the best time to start, but I’ll just have to take a few days off prior to the show so I’m not too sore to perform.

Once I get started, I’m going to start doing video posts.

Wish me luck!
